Abstract One of the problems with ultrasound imaging during high-intensity focused (HIFU) treatment is that therapeutic components interfere diagnostic components, making it impossible to monitor tissue changes HIFU exposure. In this study, a convolutional neural network (CNN) framework was applied reconstructed images noise remove while remain intact. experiments, chicken breast used as sample and exposed in water tank. The without were acquired an intermission period exposure noise-reduced predicted using proposed multi-layer regression CNN model through training process. As result, sufficient spatial resolution detect thermal lesion acquired.
